Freedom
The freedom of
any person is imprisoned from his/her conception. This happens not on a
spiritual level but precisely socio-political-economic-cultural level. All
systems of the world act perfectly as a “big-brother” to prevent individuals from
“freedom”. So they are not helping anybody to find the real “freedom within”
but they become open-prisons for all. Unfortunately we have to admit also that
the freedom is not for all; but just trying to be free is not a bad omen.
පුද්ගලයාගේ නිදහස ජන්මය ලබන මොහොතේම සිරකෙරෙය්.
සමාජ-දේශපාලන-ආර්ථික-සංස්කෘතික මාන ජීවිතය නිදහසේ ජීවත්වෙන්න, වටහා ගන්න සහ ජයගන්න
මාර්ග හෝ අත්වැල් වෙනවා වනුවට සිරගෙවල් බවට පත්වී ඇත. ඒ යටපත් කල නිදහස සොයා ගන්නට
නිදහස භුක්ති විඳින්නට හැමදෙනාටම හැකියාවක් නැත. නමුත් හැකි හැමකෙනෙක්ම නිදහස තමා
තුළින් මතු කරගන්න ට දරන උත්සාහය අපතේ නොයනු ඇත.

Sketches for Christmas greetings 1996 - by Ajith Rohan JTF, Rome
අපි කුඩා අවදියේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සියලු ආගමික උත්සව සැමරීම සඳහා සුභපැතුම් පත් නිර්මාණය කළෙමු. ඒවා අපේ හැකියාවන් අගය කළ ගුරුවරුන්ට යැව්වෙමු; මිතුරන් අතරේ බෙදා ගත්තෙමු. එවක අපි මේ සඳහා “පොස්ට් කාඩ්” (තැපැල් පත්) වශයෙන් හැඳින්වූ, තැපැල් කන්තෝරුවෙන් ම මිළදී ගතයුතු සුදු මතුපිටක් සහිත මුද්දරය මුද්‍රණය කළ කාඩ් පත් පාවිච්චි කළෙමු. මේ දළ සටහන් වලින් සකස් කළ සුභපැතුම් පත් අප ළඟ නැත. නමුත් එක් කරුණක් පැහැදිළිය්: ඒ මෙය්න් පසු අපි කිසිදු ආගමික උත්සවයක් සඳහා සුභපැතුම් පත් නිර්මාණය නොකළ බවය්. මිට ප්‍රධාන හේතුව නම් අපේ පුද්ගලික ජීවිතය, පවුල් සබඳතා, මිතුරු මිතුරියෝ, ජාතික සහ අන්තර්ජාතික සමාජ-දේශපාලන-ආර්ථික-සංස්කෘතික මාන සහ ලෝකය ආදී සියල්ල වෙනස් වීමට භාජනය වන යුගය ආරම්භ වීම බව සිතේ.
